We have the backbone of one of the largest wood racking manufacturers in America and over 11 years in the wine storage industry. If you aren't completely satisfied with any item manufactured by Premier you may return it for a full refund for up to 30 days past the date of delivery (return ship costs not included). Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
The Premier Partner Guarantee
We stand behind our partners and vendors as well, and offer a 30 day return period during which items manufactured by third parties may be returned. Returns are simple should something arise or you change your mind. You may return items for a full refund for up to 30 days past the date of delivery (return ship costs not included). 3rd party items returned after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee of between 10% - 25% and are subject to the manufacturer's return policy.

The fit, finish and craftsmanship of any product manufactured by Premier Wine Cellars item is guaranteed for the life of the product. Should any part of the item need replaced, repaired or fail to meet your expectation of product excellence, we will be happy to ship you a replacement at our expense.

If you see an identical item at a lower price somewhere else we guarantee to beat their pricing - just call us. Simply provide an Internet link, print source or other advertised price and we will gladly do what it takes to earn your business.
Returns and Exchanges
Order the wrong item? Change your mind about the color? No worries, we all do it sometimes. Returning an item or exchanging for another item is easy.
Sign in to your Premier Wine Cellars account or contact us with your order number to get the ball rolling. Once our friendly customer support team has your details you'll receive an authorization number, and can ship the item back to us.
Items must be in new or nearly new condition. Refunds for returned items that have obviously been abused, mistreated, painted or stained, improperly shipped or handled will be given at the manufacturer's discretion.
