What wood species are your products made from?
Customers can choose from solid northwestern (ponderosa) pine or premium redwood.


What makes your products unique?
From the forests where our sustainably farmed materials are harvested to the final packaging and shipping of each product, Premier's wine racks are 100% handmade in the USA. We hand select each board and component to deliver a wood product worthy of your wine. You can purchase your rack unfinished or have it stained in up to 14 different color and gloss combinations.


Is shopping online safe at Premier?
Yes. Our shopping cart uses Shopify's legendary secure checkout service. We aim to provide you with a safe and convenient online shopping experience. Your financial information and transactions are always safe on our site. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, the approved industry standard.


Is my privacy safe if I purchase through Premier?

What type of payment options are accepted?
You may use any payment type Amazon accepts, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or your Diner's Club card.


Will I be charged tax on my order?
Because of Premer's physical location, customers in UT will be assessed the appropriate local tax.


How can I check the status of my order?
The Your Account section at PremierWineCellars.com will contain all the details from your order. You may return at any time to check the status of your delivery. Once your item has shipped you will be notified by email and may return to retrieve a tracking number.


What if I need to update my order?
No problem. Simply contact us to modify orders or log in to the My Account page to check order status. Order changes must be made before the item is shipped to avoid paying for return freight.


What if I need to cancel my order?
Please contact customer service to cancel orders as quickly as possible. Customers must cancel before the item has shipped in order to avoid responsibility for paying the return costs.


How is my order shipped?

What is your return policy?
Our policy to is to make returns as painless as possible :) Seriously, we have the best purchase guarantee in the industry. Try your purchase out for 30 days.
